What types of treatment do you provide?

We provide comprehensive treatment for people who have sustained a concussion including overseeing medical care and treating your symptoms whether they are physical, cognitive, or emotional.  Please see our Services page for more details and if you have more specific questions, please give us a call at (303)-932-2030.

Where are you located?

Currently, we are seeing patients both in-person at our Wheat Ridge, Louisville and Centennial locations and online via our HIPAA compliant telehealth option.

Can I fill out my new patient paperwork online?

Yes!  We will send you a link to fill out all of the new patient forms when you book your first appointment with us. If you do not want to complete it online, please plan to arrive at your appointment 30 minutes early to fill it out.

Can you see patients online via telehealth?

Yes!  This is an option for many of our patients.  Oftentimes, we may need to see you for initial evaluations, but follow-up appointments can sometimes be completed via telehealth video appointments.  This typically depends on the type of therapy and the level of support we may need to provide.  

How do I access my telehealth appointment?

Our providers will send you a reminder email that includes a link to your secure HIPAA compliant telehealth video appointment.  Please call our front desk if you have trouble finding the email and link and we can help you out!   

Do you call to confirm appointments?

No, we send text and email reminders. Please be sure to provide your cell phone number and email address in your new patient paperwork so that you receive the reminders. Reminders are sent 1 week in advance and 2 days prior to your appointment.

What are your hours? 

They vary.  Please give us a call and we can let you know the appointment times we have available depending on which practioner(s) you need to see.  We are typically open Monday-Thursday 9am-5pm.
